📊 Data Ownership: You own your input data. AI-generated outputs and system architecture remain the intellectual property of Nexus | VS.
🛠 Permitted Use: Services are for your internal business use only. You may not resell, repurpose, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or outputs.

2. Client Responsibilities & Conduct

✔ Accurate Info: You must provide complete and accurate information when creating an account or requesting services.
🔐 Security: Keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
🚫 Prohibited Conduct: Do not:

Use bots, spam tools, or any automated systems

Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation

Upload malicious code or engage in unlawful activities
⚖ Compliance: You must have appropriate legal consent to contact third parties (e.g., TCPA compliance for marketing outreach).

3. Intellectual Property

💡 Company IP: All content, code, logos, trademarks, documentation, and tools created by Nexus | VS are owned by the company.
🚫 No Copying: You may not copy, modify, publish, or distribute any part of the platform or branding without written consent.
📥 Feedback Rights: Any suggestions or ideas you provide may be used by us freely without obligation or compensation.

4. Data Security & Privacy

📁 Your Control: You can request access to or export your data anytime.
🔒 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep any confidential or proprietary information private for at least 3 yearsafter disclosure.

5. Payments & Termination

💳 Billing Terms: You are responsible for fees related to appointments, services, and deliverables as outlined in your agreement.
⛔ Violation: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms.
📆 Cancellation: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds (if any) are subject to terms in your agreement.

6. Disputes & Legal
